How Many People Can Go? There are 10 spots on this trip

How much is it? The Resort Package and Flight are separated fees. You can find detailed room pricing below in the “ROOMS and PRICING” details. The average resort package price ranges from $2,773-$4,071.

What is All-Inclusive at this resort? A gourmet Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and a full list of daily activities listed below are included. 

What about the Flight?  We can book it for you with the group or you can book it on your own. Our cost to book it is $35. Estimate Flight cost is currently at $456 for shortest flight. 

      Sample Itinerary:

      Tampa to Tucson – January 19 Depart 7:15am Arrival 11:28am. 

      Tucson to Tampa – January 22 Depart 4:42pm Arrival 11:55pm

      Tucson to Tampa – Optional Departure: 12:10pm Arrival 9:50pm

What benefits do we get booking with St Pete Travel on this trip? An exclusive group resort rate (trip savings $1,000 per person) plus a $210 Resort Credit per day per, totaling $625 per person, person to use on additional services during their stay. Credit does not cover alcoholic beverages. 

What about Car and Transportation? The resort provides shuttle service including to and from the airport. The trip itinerary includes all time spent on the 400 acres of the resort.  

What Activities Are at the Resort? There is a daily list of activities to custom select for each person that are included with the pricing. A menu will be provided for the trip 2 months in advance. Tell me about the Spa: An extensive premium spa menu will be at your service. All spa services are encouraged to be booked prior to arrival to ensure your booking. We will provide assistance in booking all services. You receive a $625 total credit, that can be used towards additional spa services. What is Digital Detox? Mindfulness is the core of the Miraval philosophy. Miraval encourages guests to live in the present moment. Their digital device-free resort lets guests participate in the Miraval experience free of distraction. They ask everyone to use technology only in designated locations to practice being mindful of the moment and respectful of fellow guests.

How Can I Book? Click on the link above to begin to save your spot. You can also email the group coordinator, Christina Noordstar, at CNoordstar@StPeteTravel.com. A 50% deposit is required for the selected room rate. The remaining amount due will be required by November 1, 2022. Payments can be made by check.

How does tipping work? Miraval is a non-tipping resort. 

What is the Cancellation policy?  There is a non-refundable $200 booking fee.

Up to final payment November 01, 2022 the deposit is refundable less the $200 booking fee. Within final payment time November 01, 2022 - December 15, 2022 50% of deposit amount is forfeited. Within 30 days there is no refund guaranteed by the resort.  We recommend trip cancellation insurance https://www.squaremouth.com/

How will the trip be structured? You will have options for as much individual time or group time as you choose. You will receive the daily activity schedule 2 months before the trip and select classes and spa experiences will be booked prior to arrival.

· Thursday January 19 

· Flight from Tampa to Tucson (one stop) 7:40am

· Arrive Tucson 11:48am Shuttle included to Miraval - 50 minutes

· Arrive Miraval 1:30-2pm - check-in; Select Spa and Resort Activities Begin

· Dinner at the Resort - optional as a group reservation or on your own. 

Friday

· Good Sleep

· Private Group session - Chorus Crystals 

· Late Morning Hike 

· Yoga Selection 

· Spa Selection (Note: all spa services will be covered and pre-booked prior to the trip) 

· Your personal selection of activities for the day

· Dinner organized, in private rooms or by fire pits

Saturday 

· Good Sleep 

· Private Group session - Culinary and Nutrition

· Late Morning Hiike

· Yoga Selection

· Spa Service option (Note: all spa services will be covered and pre-booked prior to the trip) Your personal selection of activities for the day

Sunday

· Enjoy your favorite parts of the resort

· Check out - shuttle to airport 1:00pm
